Both sit at the Chalmers/Devonshire corner a few minutes apart, with Central Station between them and town.
House rules
- Water at every second stop. The card marks them.
- Eat at the dinner stop. The card warns you if it has no kitchen.
- ID on you all day. Sydney pubs card hard and a knocked-back mate breaks the chain.
- Resch House is not optional. Everything else is negotiable.
The Reschs pilgrimage
The Imperial Hotel at 252 Oxford St, Paddington is the pub Edmund Resch rebuilt in 1910. It has been in the Resch family about a century and they're brewing Resch beers on site again. Wrong direction for Saturday's walk — make it Friday afternoon or the Sunday recovery session.
